General Terms of Purchase

The prices and sales conditions are purely informative and may be modified due to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies agreement with the offered price and the current general sales conditions at that specific moment. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be considered perfected, with all legal guarantees for the acquiring consumer, and from that moment, the prices and conditions will have contractual status and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. English will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived, and the user will have access to it in their email address.

Shipping

Delivery times for Spain (peninsula) and Portugal (peninsula) range from 48 to 72 hours since the shipping is made. While we try to ensure that transport companies meet these delivery times whenever possible, we cannot guarantee them. In remote rural areas away from urban centers, delivery within 48 hours is not guaranteed under any circumstances. Delivery time to most European territories will range from 72 hours to 10 working days. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated for each offered product. The customer has 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to ensure that everything is included in the products. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or faults with the shipment will be accepted. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must check the products upon receipt and raise any objections that may exist. In the event of receiving a product damaged during transportation, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to file a claim with the transport company. Similarly, it is advisable to notify the transport company. By default, we will send orders as soon as we have availability for all the items that make them up. However, if the buyer wishes to receive their order in different shipments, they must specify it in the comments section during the purchase confirmation, through our contact form, or by writing an email to hello@fixitthegame.com. Always indicating the order number to which it refers. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on the location. While we currently ship to most European countries, we also place shipments to other territories. For the cost of these shipments, please contact directly with hello@fixitthegame.com

To find out the shipping cost to your territory in Europe, you can check the product and add your address before placing an order. Keep in mind that if you order multiple products you will get discounts on shipping and free shipping. 

Shipping Costs Outside of Europe

We ship to all countries. To request a cost estimate for the service, write us an email at hello@fixitthegame.com indicating the details of the order you wish to place, and we will respond as soon as possible with the cost.

Payment Methods. How to Pay at FIX IT! 

We provide you with different ways to make payments for your orders:

Credit/debit card: This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by Redsys. All payments made through this payment method will be validated by your bank, and if accepted, it will be automatically and instantly forwarded to us. It requires a security code to make this type of online payment. Consult your bank if you do not know your security code. Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners y Unionpay cards are accepted. 

PayPal: with PayPal you can pay easily. If you do not have a valid card for our other methods, registering in PayPal is free.

Cash: In some cases, cash payments will be made available at certain times.

Returns

Product returns can be processed for any reason within 14 calendar days from the customer's receipt of the goods. To do this, the conditions outlined on this conditions page must be met. You can do this by sending an email to hello@fixitthegame.com with the subject “Return of game”.

Return Conditions for Individual Customers

All products must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, FIX IT! reserves the right to reject the return. Once the return email is sent, you will receive instructions on how to send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the day you send us the email. The transportation costs incurred by the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and find the transport agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. 

Once the product is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you. We will make the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days since the day the returned product is received. 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer and are made through bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period is not more than 7 days.
